The filter plate and rings are made of high quality 304 stainless steel, which is durable, stable, rust and corrosive resistance and good for long time using.
The filter plate and Ring Set is designed to fit spool with tri-clamp, when filtered sediment accumulates at the face of the screen gasket increasing pressure, the perforated plate holds the gasket in place and prevents any screen displacement.
These filter plates can be used simultaneously with ashless filter papers or any other filtration media like stainless steel ball bearings or steel wool to increase surface and filtration level to remove fats, lipids, waxes and other material during the extraction process. It is suitable for different media including water, gas, and oil with working at -58°F~392°F.
